In this article, Hickey has used data from all different kinds of reliable resources such as medical facilities and law encyclopedias. Her information gives plenty of knowledge from different organizations and states regarding their laws on minor medical ability. It shows many different qualifications that some states have in order for a minor to make a decision. Some qualifications/complications involve religions, different state laws, mature/emancipated minors, etc. Decisions are very two sided and there is really no fine line between cases, every situation is different.
