Twilight Controversy

During this reading of Twilight, I was hooked. Before I began this book, multiple people told me that Edward Cullen (mysterious man in the novel) was a vampire. Knowing this, it kind of ruined the suspense. So far in the book I have noticed Edward skulking around Bella, main character, at school for a week then he disappeared. His eerie activity keeps sparking my memory of his condition of being a vampire.
Edward and Bella are lab partners in Biology, which makes them have a minor friendship. Edward continuously stares at Bella in the lunchroom, parking lot, and other various places around school. Bella being flattered but confused on why he keeps staring at her, is mesmerized by his great looks. Bella has an unfamiliar feeling about him, however she is extremely attracted to him. Edward returned to school and Bella has a less awkward feeling knowing he has returned to school. Days went by and rain fell, making the streets of Forks icy and dangerous. Bella almost being hit by a car was injured but saved by Edward out of nowhere. Bella knew something wasn’t right about him by the way he saved her. It wasn’t feasible considering the placement of the scene. Edward was a good 20 yards away from her when the car was to collide. This situation makes me feel uneasy about Edward and very confused. However, when Edward and Bella are in biology they have this competitiveness between them and mysteriousness that makes me feel nervous. It’s obvious that they are flirty between each other, and to be honest, it gets my heart pumping. I wonder about what’s to happen and if Bella will ever find out the potentiality of Edward being a vampire.
